Drew Love is a free Lightroom preset that saturates images with both warm and cool colors. With this preset’s play on brown, green and orange tones, the images appear to be brilliant and clear giving you a warmer feel to the whole image. You can use this preset for outdoor images and portraits to give you that glowing natural look.
Emphasizes Details for a Balanced Look
Balanced and Smooth. The Drew Love preset’s play on warm tones emphasizes small details to create a sunny, vibrant look. In the example above, the Before photo looks very pale and dry giving you a perception of a flat image. When the preset is applied on the After photo, the image instantly looks more 3-dimensional with emphasis on smaller details that create a more interesting image.
Some enhanced details are seen through the woman’s skin tone and background. The preset accentuates the background creating balance through color change on the small details such as the walls, plants, and sidewalk.
The woman’s overall skin tone also adjusted and is now slightly tan making her look more lively and less dim. The color change on her face gives an effect of natural light through light and shadows that feel like the sun’s golden rays are beaming directly on her.
Illuminates Orange and Brown Tones
Cozy vibe To create that cozy and soft vibe, saturation in orange and brown tones is increased. The lighting on the left side of the man’s face is now more apparent and creates more depth and contrast to his skin tone, producing a natural tan.
Softens Dark Tones
Dark and Soft. The Drew Love preset creates a soft dark look through the green color saturation. The dark blue and gray tones of the Before photo transforms into a softer dark green that changes the mood of the After photo. The woman’s hair color becomes an evident two-toned shade that serves as a focal point and contrast throughout the photo.

Focused and Exposed. In the photo above, you can see how the preset uses both warm and cool tones. Notice the background, with the blue of the sky changing to green, and the sand turning into a light yellow undertone. The background creates a slightly overexposed element that serves as a contrast to the man. This effect, therefore, draws attention to the subject even more.
